We're looking for a Product Specialist who wants to apply their FMCG experience in a dynamic, high-growth beauty brand — where every launch, campaign, and idea makes a visible impact. What You'll Do Consumer & Market Insights

  • Track consumer trends and competitive activities to spot growth opportunities.
  • Identify bestsellers and underperforming SKUs, turning insights into action plans.
  • Provide input on product strategy, pricing, and promotional activities.

Launch & Campaign Support

  • Drive go-to-market readiness for seasonal launches and campaigns.
  • Develop toolkits, training decks, and product briefs for sales and marketing teams.
  • Act as the go-to expert during activations, events, and livestreams.

Sales & Merchandising Support

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid out-of-stock issues.
  • Ensure merchandising and in-store displays meet brand standards.
  • Track product lifecycle performance and recommend adjustments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with branding, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Translate consumer insights into actionable recommendations for future innovations.
  • Support business reviews with data and category performance reporting.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in FMCG or consumer goods (category management, trade marketing, product/brand support roles).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with data and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passionate about consumer brands and eager to bring FMCG skills into beauty.
