We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin and Accounting Assistant to support daily office operations and basic financial tasks, while also handling occasional liaison responsibilities. This role involves a blend of administrative duties, accounting support, and coordination with external parties such as vendors, banks, and government agencies.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain office filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, phone, courier).
  • Support HR and admin tasks as needed (e.g., document preparation, filing, onboarding support).

Accounting Support:

  • Assist in data entry of invoices, receipts, and payments into accounting software.
  • Help in the preparation of basic financial reports and expense summaries.
  • Monitor and reconcile petty cash and employee reimbursements.
  • Support monthly closing procedures and audit preparation.
  • Coordinate with external accountants or auditors as required.

Liaison Duties:

  • Visit banks, government offices, suppliers, or clients to process documents or deliver/collect materials.
  • Ensure timely submission of regulatory documents or payments (e.g., taxes, permits).
  • Serve as the point of contact for certain vendors or service providers.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in administrative and/or accounting roles preferred. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and office procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle errands and field work (must be willing to travel locally as needed).
