We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Admin / Accounting Assistant to support our operations and finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Support

  • Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processing
  • Prepare, record and update vouchers, receipts, and payment schedules
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of official receipts, invoices, delivery receipts, statements of accounts
  • Encode transactions into the accounting system (Ecount / QuickBooks / Excel)
  • Support in monthly closing, reconciliation, and audit preparation
  • Coordinate with suppliers for billing concerns, follow-ups, and validation

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update company documents, contracts, permits, and internal files
  • Assist in procurement, request for quotations, and supplier coordination
  • Manage office supplies, monitoring, and replenishment
  • Organize schedules, meetings, and prepare basic reports
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in coordination
  • Support logistics, warehouse, and operations documentation when needed

Document Control & Compliance

  • Ensure all records are properly labeled, updated, and stored
  • Assist in government-related submissions (BIR, LGU permits, PhilGEPS, FDA documents, etc.)
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of company records

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or related courses
  • With 1 year experience in admin or accounting preferred — fresh graduates are welcome
  • Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot, VLOOKUP is a plus)
  • Experience with any ERP system is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Can work with minimal supervision and handle deadlines
  • Trustworthy, dependable, and willing to learn
