Job Highlights

  • Monthly Rate: PHP 50,000-53,000
  • Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with 1-hour unpaid break)
  • Client Time Zone: GMT (UK)
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Process financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Match transactions with corresponding receipts and invoices efficiently
  • Post and categorize transactions in Xero accounting software
  • Maintain organized and comprehensive financial records
  • Support the growing client base with reliable bookkeeping services
  • Contribute to streamlined financial processes as the team expands

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Experience with Xero accounting software (MUST)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Previous experience performing this role with clients based in the UK is highly preferred
  • Professional attitude and commitment to maintaining confidential financial information
  • Adaptability to work in a growing, fast-paced environment with potential for role expansion
