Job Description:

SALES

  • Review loan requests
  • Helps customers by answering questions; responding to requests.
  • Assess clients' financial status
  • Utilize professional judgment to determine which potential borrowers represent good risk opportunities for the organization
  • Evaluate creditworthiness and risks
  • Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation
  • Analyze risks and approve or reject loan requests
  • Calculate financial ratios (e.g. credit scores and interest rates)
  • Set up payment plans
  • Maintain updated records of loan applications
  • Maintains customer confidence by keeping loan information confidential
  • Follow up with clients about loan renewals
  • Monitor progress of existing loans
  • Accountable for achieving branch sales targets
  • Generate Sales Leads (loan application)
  • Generate Qualified Loan Consultant/Agent Leads through cold calling, area mapping/saturation, referral, and listings. Retain more active agents
  • Conduct Sales calls and presentations/ Orientations
  • Drives effort and initiates LC Generation Activities
  • Filing of loan application and encoding sales data in the system for proper monitoring ∙ Processing, qualifying, and validating of loan release documents
  • Strategize sales approach to effectively bring in new clients
  • Achieve and exceed goals through sales strategies, clientele, sourcing new customers and maintaining and building productive long-term relationships with existing customers
  • Revive inactive agents (Loan Consultants) inactive agencies
  • Build relationship with existing active agents (Loan Consultants) and Agencies.
  • Keep consistent communication via (cell phone, email, social media)
  • Update agent data (mobile no, email, home address, work address)
  • Incentivize through workshops, orientation, promos, events, and benefits
  • Address concerns and comments
  • Accredit new agents (Loan Consultants)- Use marketing tools (social media: [ i.e. group chats, Facebook posts, linked in] online ads, telemarketing: [text, calls, emails])
  • Train all accredited agents (Loan Consultants) and Agencies
  • Conducting Orientation (online, in-person), seminars
  • Conducting Small to large scale events and workshops
  • Collect applications from agents (Loan Consultants) and Agencies to increase volume of sales production.

CREDIT INVESTIGATION

  • Compile and analyze credit information gathered by investigation. Create investigation report and provide weekly/daily updates to the department
  • Collect customer documents as required to verify its integrity and authenticity
  • Verify   customer's past or current credit record
  • View the customer's assets and evaluate the value
  • Conduct complete background and credit investigation checks: Identity, residence/ neighborhood, reference contacts, due diligence as to assets, property, affiliations and property inspections
  • Basic knowledge in appraisal (for collateral loan purpose).
  • Assessing credit worthiness of existing or prospective clients.
