Your Role
Recruitment & Onboarding: Assisting with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
Employee Records Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, leave records, and other relevant documentation.
Policy Implementation & Compliance: Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Performance Management: HR manages employee performance evaluations, setting goals, and providing feedback to enhance productivity and employee development.
General Administration: Managing office supplies, equipment, and other administrative tasks as assigned by department heads or managers.
Employee Relations: Addressing employee inquiries, resolving minor issues, and escalating complex matters to senior HR staff.
Office Management: Ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining a tidy and functional workspace, and managing facilities maintenance.
Requirements
- Good English
- Good experience with databases, creating entries and enhancing data quality
- Strong learning attitude and growth mindset.
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend Shift - 1 day per 2 to 4 weeks < Weekend allowance >
