About the role

DDIS INC is seeking promising and competent Human Resources Trainees of good moral character to join our growing team at Diamond Hardware Republic - our unique take on the modern retail store concept. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our human resource operations while gaining valuable experience across various HR functions.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures and programs
  • Providing administrative support for HR-related tasks such as onboarding, payroll, and employee records management
  • Organizing and facilitating HR-related training and development programs

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to apply HR best practices with some practical experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Minimum 6 months of HR experience is preferred
