Sales Operations Manager/Director

We're looking for a strategic, data-driven Sales Operations Manager or Director to elevate our growing sales organization. This role is critical in driving operational excellence across the entire sales cycle—from lead management and CRM optimization to reporting, enablement, and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Process Optimization: Design and refine workflows to boost efficiency and conversion across the funnel.
- CRM Administration & Data Integrity: Own CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), ensuring clean data and full pipeline visibility.
- Sales Reporting & Analytics: Build dashboards and KPIs to track performance, forecasting, and productivity.
- Lead Management: Oversee lead flow, scoring, segmentation, and follow-up processes.
- Territory Planning & Segmentation: Assist in market prioritization and account assignment strategies.
- Sales Enablement: Partner with marketing and training to equip reps with tools and content.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with marketing, customer success, and finance to support the full customer lifecycle.
- Technology Stack Management: Evaluate and manage sales tech tools (CRM, dialers, automation, enrichment platforms).
- Compensation & Incentives: Support modeling, quota setting, and performance tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field (MBA a plus)
- 5+ years in sales operations, ideally in healthcare or B2B services
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong analytical skills; Excel and BI tools (PowerBI a plus)
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
- Self-starter comfortable in fast-paced, remote-first environments
- Passion for process improvement and operational excellence
