States. ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue growth through proactive sales strategies and lead generation
Manage and respond to RFPs for group bookings and corporate accounts
Coordinate with meeting planners and event organizers to secure business opportunities
Develop and maintain relationships with key corporate clients and travel agencies
Utilize Lanyon and other sales platforms to maximize booking opportunities
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize pricing strategies
Create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients
Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth execution of group events
Track and report sales performance metrics
Implement brand standards and sales initiativesRequirements3-5 years of proven sales experience in the hospitality industry
Demonstrated expertise with major hotel brands, particularly upscale properties
Proficiency in Opera PMS and Lanyon systems or similar
Strong understanding of group sales and RFP processes
Experience with meeting broker platforms and event management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Professional demeanor and outstanding customer service orientation
