Technical Support Agent

Work Address: MOA, Pasay

Work Setup: Hybrid (1–2x a month onsite)

Schedule: Night Shift (Starts at 9:00 PM)

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Support Agent who can deliver excellent customer support, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist users in navigating SaaS applications. This role provides frontline support and ensures a positive customer experience through expert problem-solving and clear communication.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, expert advice to delight customers and resolve their concerns.
  • Serve as the first level of support for technical questions, issues, and common tasks.
  • Prioritize and manage support cases effectively, ensuring quick and accurate responses.
  • Communicate clearly—both verbally and in writing—to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Support team and organizational goals in alignment with Medallia's mission.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned that are aligned with the Technical Support Agent role and pay grade.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-focused support environment
  • Experience supporting customers via email and phone
  • Experience troubleshooting SaaS applications
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and XML
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus
