Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. The role involves handling office documentation, managing files, preparing correspondence, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in basic office software and communication tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties such as typing, filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Maintain an organized filing system (both physical and digital) — including file naming, saving, and retrieval.
  • Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and simple presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Assist in managing office supplies, records, and other administrative needs.
  • Support supervisors or departments with documentation and coordination tasks.
  • Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Male
  • High school graduate or college level/graduate (any related course preferred)
  • With experience in clerical or administrative support roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledgeable in email handling and correspondence
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
