The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. The role involves handling office documentation, managing files, preparing correspondence, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in basic office software and communication tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties such as typing, filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Maintain an organized filing system (both physical and digital) — including file naming, saving, and retrieval.
- Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and simple presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Assist in managing office supplies, records, and other administrative needs.
- Support supervisors or departments with documentation and coordination tasks.
- Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Male
- High school graduate or college level/graduate (any related course preferred)
- With experience in clerical or administrative support roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledgeable in email handling and correspondence
- Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
