Job description:

The Marketing and Creatives Admin Assistant will provide essential support to the Marketing & Creatives team by managing requests, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of projects. This role is key to ensuring the team can focus on strategic initiatives while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track all inter-departmental requests through a centralized request bank, from intake to processing and final delivery of output.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers for printing, mounting, and other production requirements.
  • Manage logistics needs for store openings, events, sponsorships, and other related activities.
  • Serve as liaison for inter-departmental follow-ups to ensure timely execution.
  • Handle permit applications and other related documentation under Marketing for openings and special events.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have strong organizational skills to ensure smooth coordination across all tasks and processes.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills, as the role requires constant interaction with internal departments and select external suppliers.
  • Have no problem reporting to work daily and reporting onsite as needed.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Docs, Slides) or other task managing apps used by the company (Trello / Monday / Asana).
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
