About the Role

Expansion International is recruiting a Client Relationship Executive for our UK-based client. This role is central to managing client interactions, preparing and converting quotes, handling client administration, and supporting business growth through exceptional relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and timely quotes tailored to client requirements.
  • Proactively follow up to convert quotes into active cases.
  • Manage your own portfolio of quotes and client files, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Handle client administration, keeping documentation and records up to date.
  • Communicate professionally via phone, email, and in person to build rapport and trust.
  • Work towards personal and departmental goals alongside the wider team.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong phone manner and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and organised.
  • Confident in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with the Proclaim case management system (training provided if needed).
