Must-Have


• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field


• –6 years' experience in Project/Program Management for digital or automation initiatives


• Proven experience delivering RPA projects using UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere


• Strong understanding of:

· RPA lifecycle & development best practices

· Business process re-engineering & Lean methodologies

· IT governance frameworks (ITIL/COBIT)


• Excellent communication & stakeholder alignment skills across global teams


• Strong analytical ability & problem-solving mindset


• Ability to work in a fast-paced and matrix global structure

Preferred


• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master certifications


• UiPath Automation Business Analyst or Solution Delivery credentials


• Experience in Shared Services or Global Business Services environment (Finance, Supply Chain, HR)
