Project Role: Senior RPA Project Manager

Location: Alabang Muntinlupa / Hybrid

Summary

The Senior RPA Project Manager leads end-to-end implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives across business units. This role ensures that automation projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and aligned to business strategy, while driving adoption, process optimization, and governance in collaboration with the RPA Center of Excellence (CoE).

Must-Have – Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field

  • 3–6 years' experience in Project/Program Management for digital or automation initiatives

  • Proven experience delivering RPA projects using UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere

  • Strong understanding of:

  • RPA lifecycle & development best practices

  • Business process re-engineering & Lean methodologies

  • IT governance frameworks (ITIL/COBIT)

  • Excellent communication & stakeholder alignment skills across global teams

Role and responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

  • Manage full project lifecycle using Waterfall/Agile delivery frameworks

  • Define scope, timelines, budget, and measurable success criteria

  • Conduct discovery, process qualification, and opportunity assessment

  • Ensure delivery quality aligned with CoE governance, coding standards, and security controls

  • Maintain and report project artifacts: RAID logs, communication plans, benefits tracking, etc.

  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment planning, release management, and project closure

  • Monitor post-go-live performance & manage hypercare

  • Strong analytical ability & problem-solving mindset

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and matrix global structure
