Key Responsibilities & Duties

Process Analysis & Automation Design

  • Work with business stakeholders to analyze current processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Design and document RPA solutions aligned with business goals.

RPA Development

  • Develop and implement automation solutions using RPA tools like UiPath.
  • Write, test, and maintain scalable automation scripts.
  • Integrate RPA with existing systems and applications.

Quality Assurance & Testing

  • Perform thorough testing of automation workflows to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development and testing.

Reporting, Documentation & Analysis

  • Create and maintain project documentation.
  • Track project progress, tasks, and stakeholder communications.
  • Analyze and improve existing workflows for efficiency.
  • Maintain daily monitoring of service deliverables and submit regular reports.
  • Support team collaboration and continuous learning culture.

Support

  • Provide support for existing automations and resolve stakeholder-raised issues.
  • Implement preventive actions for recurring problems and provide long-term solutions.

Technical & Functional Competencies

Must Have:

  • Microsoft 365 Tools: SharePoint, Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), Power BI, OneDrive
  • RPA Tools: UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, Automation Hub

Good to Have:

  • Programming Languages: Python, C#, VB.NET, VBS
  • Development Practices: Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Git, Azure DevOps
  • Exposure to AI/ML, AI agents, or Agentic Automations

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in software development, automation, or RPA.
  • 3–4 years hands-on experience with UiPath RPA development.
  • Experience designing workflows in Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Strong understanding of exception handling, data manipulation, and document understanding (OCR).
  • Preferred: UiPath Certification.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML integration with RPA is a plus.
