Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Bachelor's in IT, Engineering, or Business

• 3–6 years' experience in RPA or digital project management

• Experience with UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere

• Strong in RPA lifecycle, process optimization, and IT governance

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

• PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certification

• Shared Services or GBS experience

• Knowledge of OCR, APIs, or Low-Code tools
