Market Area: Calabarzon (4 branches: Binan, Malvar, Silang, and West Batangas)

CITICON is hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead efforts in growing market share, increasing sales, and building strong customer relationships. The role involves overseeing and mentoring the team, setting clear targets, and making sure strategies are practical and effective.

We're looking for someone hands-on, and results-oriented. Experience in the construction or building materials industry is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or similar.
  • 10+ years of sales and marketing experience, including 5+ years in a management role.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and grow sales.
  • Clear and confident communicator, who can speak and write proficiently in English.
  • Experience in the construction or building materials industry is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor sales performance and lead the team to meet targets, improve results and grow market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships, especially with key clients and partners.
  • Handle key client communications related to price proposals, contract finalizations, concerns and issue resolution.
  • Improve brand visibility through clear and consistent messaging across marketing materials, presentations and online presence.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Quality Control teams to improve customer service.
  • Analyze customer and market data to support decision making and alignments of sales & marketing goals.
  • Provide regular reports on performance, plans, and challenges.
