POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Marketing Associate supports the Marketing Manager in implementing marketing strategies and activities that drive brand visibility, partnerships, promotions, and sales growth. The role covers tournament sponsorships, influencer and ambassador collaborations, store marketing initiatives, and cross-departmental requests, while also supporting performance tracking and advertising efficiency for e-commerce platforms. This position requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to contribute insights across both offline and online marketing initiatives.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

●       Manage all tournament and event sponsorships, including coordination with organizers and fulfillment of sponsorship commitments.

●       Oversee collaborations with brand ambassadors, sponsored coaches and athletes, and racket sports and lifestyle influencers.

●       Act as the primary liaison with Mall Marketing Departments for both existing stores and new store openings.

●       Coordinate with local brand partners and consignors to facilitate marketing and promotional activities.

●       Assist the Marketing Officer in preparing sponsorship reports for submission to brand principals.

●       Support in conceptualizing and producing marketing collaterals and video content together with the Multimedia Artists.

●       Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, E-Commerce Supervisor, and Senior Marketing Specialist to review advertising performance and ROAS reports, and contribute recommendations for budget allocation across Facebook/Meta, Lazada, and Shopee.

●       Participate in planning and execution of promo campaigns and sale events across platforms, including Shopify-exclusive campaigns.

●       Monitor sales performance, inventory availability of high-priority SKUs, and online consumer trends, providing insights for marketing strategies and brand promotions.

●       Conduct market research and competitor tracking, sharing observations to support both retail and e-commerce growth strategies.

●       Oversee community management across official social media pages and groups, including handling and monitoring message inquiries, moderating comments and posts, and preparing categorized reports on customer inquiries (e.g., per brand/model, complaints, availability, store location).


Qualifications

●       Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

●       At least 3 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to e-commerce or digital advertising preferred.

●       Familiarity with Facebook/Meta Ads, Lazada Sponsored Ads, Shopee Ads, or similar platforms.

●       Strong project coordination and organizational skills.

●       Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

●       Experience in sports, retail, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
