We are looking for a Marketing / Sales Associate who is driven, results-oriented, and passionate about sales and customer engagement. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with clients while achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Solicit sales and schedule appointments with potential clients in designated territories.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Assess customers' needs and provide information on product features.
  • Follow and achieve the department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • "Go the extra mile" to drive sales and maximize revenue.
  • Remain knowledgeable about the products offered and discuss available options with clients.
  • Process point-of-sale (POS) purchases and handle returns of merchandise.
  • Collaborate with co-workers to ensure proper customer service and smooth operations.
  • Build productive and trust-based relationships with customers.
  • Protect the organization's value by maintaining confidentiality of information.
  • Deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients with a strong closing rate.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas set by the company.
  • Analyze potential strategic partnerships for marketing opportunities.
  • Communicate with customers, employees, and other stakeholders to answer inquiries, provide product details, take orders, and resolve concerns.
  • Answer telephone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages when necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Open to fresh graduates; sales or marketing experience is an advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools is a plus.

Goal-driven and highly motivated to achieve sales targets.

Willing to work in Pasay and travel for client meetings only if needed.
