We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team in Paranaque of Metro Manila. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding our customer base, driving sales of our high-quality concrete hollow blocks, and building strong client relationships within the Philippines. This role is crucial for our market presence and directly contributes to our sustained growth and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored product solutions.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our concrete products.
  • Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes for both the company and the client.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the sales management team.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new developments in the construction materials industry.
  • Collaborate with the Main office to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of progressive experience in sales, preferably in construction materials, manufacturing, or B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management (CRM) practices, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Knowledge of local dialects is a plus.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel frequently within the region.
