We are seeking a proactive and creative Hotel Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives and help promote our hotel's brand, services, and experiences. You will assist in executing marketing campaigns, managing digital content, coordinating promotions, and enhancing our online and offline presence to attract new guests and retain loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the hotel's rooms, amenities, events, and dining options
  • Create, schedule, and manage content across digital platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and the hotel website
  • Support the coordination of promotional events, press tours, influencer visits, and seasonal campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales, F&B, and front office teams to align marketing efforts with guest services and special offers
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and new promotional opportunities
  • Monitor online reviews, manage reputation on platforms like TripAdvisor, Google, and OTA channels
  • Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g., web traffic, bookings from campaigns, social media engagement)
  • Maintain and update marketing collateral, photography, signage, and promotional materials
  • Support the creation of promotional partnerships with local businesses, event organizers, and tourism boards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branding
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with hotel booking platforms and OTAs (e.g., Expedia, )
  • Knowledge of SEO, paid ads (Google/Facebook), and CRM tools
  • Photography/videography skills for content creation
  • Familiarity with hospitality systems (e.g., PMS, channel managers)
