  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in food science, food technology, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a food production or manufacturing environment, with prior experience in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, FDA regulations).
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with food production processes and equipment.
  • Proficient in using production management software and tools.
  • Ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a production environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, such as boxes of ingredients or finished products, as required.
  • Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment (e.g., refrigerated or frozen areas).
  • Must be able to work with various food processing machinery.
  • Shifts may include evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays, depending on the production schedule.
  • The environment may be noisy, with the presence of machinery and equipment.
  • Regular shifts, including evenings, nights, or weekends, may be required depending on the production schedule.
