Job description

Unilogix Inc. is a food commissary company offering specialty bakery and other ready-to-eat goods.

At present, Unilogix, Inc,. is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and cost-efficient operation of the production department to realize demands for highly safe and quality food products.
  • Supervise production and use of resources to safely and efficiently achieve daily production demands.
  • Participates in the tech transfer process and Batch Trial Run (BTR) of new and improved products.
  • Supervise the performance and development of Production Staff including counseling, monitoring, and appraising performance to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Ensures the attainment of production KPIs and Objective
  • Implement established policies and procedures (SOP, GMP, SSOP, etc) and ensure sustainability.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a College of Bachelor's degree in Food Technology Food & Beverage Services Management, Business Studies, Administration/Management or any related course.
  • Has attended trainings in Food Safety (GMP and HACCP) and ISO standards.
  • Must possess at least 1-3 years relevant experience in a team lead/supervisory role in the related field. An equivalent combination of training and experience indicating possession of the succeeding knowledge and abilities may substitute for the education and experience requisites.
  • Candidate has the following skills: Product Knowledge, Baking Technology, Knowledge of GMP and Food Safety Practices, Accuracy and Attention to details and reporting skills.
