The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the assigned department, ensuring food safety and quality while meeting job orders on time and in full at the lowest possible cost.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Plans and develops project ideas with other involved departments ensuring efficient cost management of resources.
  • Identifies, allocates and manages resources to ensure achievement of departmental goals.
  • Supervises the assigned department to meet daily job orders on time and in full, while enforcing adherence to standard operating procedures, food safety, and quality.
  • Collaborates with other departments in achieving the manufacturing's goal of meeting orders conforming to standards.
  • Coordinates with team members, supervisors, and departments to address issues to ensure efficient production operations, safety, and security.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and other related courses.
  • At least 3 years work experience in the Food Industry, preferably Manufacturing, in the same position of higher.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Google Applications)
  • Knowledgeable in government regulatory, GMP, Food Safety and Quality.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details.
  • Candidate must be willing to be assigned at Marian Business Park San Martin de Porres Paranaque City
