Job Description


• in charge of ensuring the alignment of region training with HQ Training standards and requirements.

• in charge of training execution on newly-hired, low performers, new product and promotion activities.

• in charge of initiating region audit as preparation for the National Audit.

• in charge of promoters' performance assessment & performance improvement plan

• in charge of creating development plan for promoters

• in charge of creating programs to keep lifting up the mood of sales team

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Education or in any related field.
  2. With 3 years or more experience in the same field.
  3. Strong interpesonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft office and any training management tools.
  5. With analytical abilities and problem-solving skills and organizational skills.
  6. Proven track record of training program development and management.
  7. Experience in telco industry is preferred but not required.
  8. Excellent organizing skills.
