
Regional Sales Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Sales Management
1.1. Conduct Sales Planning and Forecasting with Business Development Executive.
1.2. Coordination meeting with client accounts to plan for sales bookings and area development.
1.3. Regularly check with BDEs on placement of client sales orders to Sales Admin.
1.4. Handles and resolves customer and product concerns by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
1.5. Regular visitation to client accounts to strengthen business relationships.
1.6. Keeps management informed by submitting daily ITR, weekly work plans, weekly and monthly reports, and activity results.
1.7. Maintains historical records of customer/roducts sales, pricing, and customer programs.
1.8. Supervision, control, training, coaching, and motivation of BDEs to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
1.9. Development of professional management skills and technical knowledge by constant learning initiatives, establishment of one's network, and attendance to training programs.
1.10. Coordinates with Team Leader on setting short and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs.
- Accounts Receivables Management
2.1. Regular monitoring of BDEs current accounts.
2.2. Monitors BDEs timely collection of accounts.
2.3. Monitors BDEs timely remittance of collected accounts.
2.4. Ensures BDEs implementation of company credit policies.
- Area Development
3.1. Guides BDEs on continuous prospecting of potential clients - through detailing of company products and services.
3.2. Supports BDEs on information gathered and background review of potential prospects.
3.3. Constant monitoring of competitor and area potential by doing the following analysis, feedbacks, and updates.
3.4. Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
3.5. Initiates conceptualization, preparation, and implementation of sales volume, generating programs with Team Leader and BDEs.
3.6. Initiates conceptualization, preparation and implementation of brand awareness and reinforcement programs with Team Leader and BDEs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and related courses.
In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
Good PC skills, especially MS Excel.
Have driving skills and possess a valid Driver's license.
Familiarity in MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
Analytical and time management skills.
