  1. Regional Operations Support:

  2. Assist in managing franchise operations within the region, ensuring franchisees adhere to franchisor standards and policies.

  3. Support the Area Manager and Franchise Manager in implementing regional initiatives and meeting operational goals.

  4. Brand and Communication Management:

  5. Maintain consistent communication with franchisees to keep them informed of brand standards, updates, and policy changes.

  6. Address franchisee concerns in coordination with the Franchise Manager and Area Manager, providing timely responses to maintain positive relationships.

  7. Franchise Documentation and Record-Keeping:

  8. Maintain regional franchise records, ensuring they are up-to-date with relevant information such as franchisee details, sales records, and operational compliance.

  9. Assist in maintaining the regional franchise file, updating it with new franchise agreements, renewals, and termination records as directed by the Franchise Manager.
  10. Assist in maintaining the nationwide franchise file, updating it with new franchise agreements, renewals, and termination records as directed by the Franchise Manager. (for Luzon Franchise Officer only)

  11. Customer and Franchisee Relations:

  12. Monitor the region's franchise email and messaging channels to respond to franchise inquiries and customer feedback promptly.

  13. Conduct periodic check-ins with franchisees to foster strong relationships and support regional franchise success.

  14. Regional Exhibit Participation and Promotion:

  15. Assist in organizing franchise participation in regional exhibits, supporting the planning, layout, and execution to ensure brand consistency and impactful representation.

  16. Franchise Compliance and Performance Monitoring:

  17. Monitor daily sales records, purchase transactions, accounts receivables, and other financial metrics of franchisees within the region.

  18. Review audit forms and reports submitted by Franchise Supervisors to ensure franchisees operate in compliance with brand standards and policies.

  19. Franchise Policy and Agreement Adherence:

  20. Assist in reviewing and enforcing franchise policies and agreements, escalating any specialized franchisee requests to the Franchise Manager for review.

  21. Support in issuing notices and maintaining communication with franchisees in line with company policies.

  22. Franchisee Onboarding and Training Support:

  23. Participate in the screening, orientation, and onboarding of new franchisees in the region, ensuring they understand the company's SOPs and policies.

  24. Provide regional franchisees with ongoing support and guidance, coordinating with the Franchise Manager to address training needs.

  25. Additional Tasks:

  26. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Franchise Manager or Area Manager to support regional franchise growth and operational stability.
