About the role

Activation Machine Inc.', a dynamic and rapidly growing marketing company, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee multiple store locations in the Iloilo Western Visayas region. As the Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, fostering team development, and ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional customer experiences across your assigned territory.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide strategic leadership and oversight for a portfolio of store locations within the Iloilo Western Visayas region
  2. Develop and implement effective operational strategies to maximise store performance, productivity, and profitability
  3. Mentor, coach, and motivate store managers and their teams to enhance their skills and drive continuous improvement
  4. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all assigned stores
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement initiatives that enhance the customer experience
  6. Analyse and interpret key performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and identify areas for growth and optimization
  7. Serve as a strong brand ambassador, fostering a positive and engaging company culture within your region

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a multi-site retail management role, preferably in the consumer products industry
  2. Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  5. Familiarity with retail operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales optimization
  6. Adaptability and agility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
