- Conduct product demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting features, benefits, and solutions.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and continued business.
- Negotiate sales pricing, and terms to close deals and meet sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress
- Follow up with leads and prospects regularly to ensure conversion and resolve any queries.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge.
- Attend Road shows, conferences, or events as needed to build brand awareness and network.
- Provide feedback to immediate head on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
