Job Summary:

The Franchise Head is responsible for leading and overseeing the entire franchising division, ensuring sustainable growth and consistent adherence to brand standards across all franchise locations. This role manages franchise development, franchisee relations, operational compliance, and strategic expansion. The Franchise Head provides leadership to the franchising team, supports franchise partners in achieving profitability, and safeguards the reputation and integrity of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Franchise Development & Expansion
  • Identify, evaluate, and approve potential franchise partners.
  • Oversee the franchise application, screening, and onboarding process.
  • Develop and execute strategies for franchise network growth.
  • Franchise Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure all franchise branches operate according to company standards and SOPs.
  • Monitor performance of franchise outlets through audits and reviews.
  • Enforce compliance with brand policies, food safety, and legal regulations.
  • Franchisee Support & Relations
  • Build strong relationships with franchise owners to encourage collaboration.
  • Provide continuous operational and marketing support to franchisees.
  • Resolve escalated franchisee concerns and disputes effectively.
  • Strategic Leadership
  • Lead the franchising team in achieving sales, profitability, and expansion targets.
  • Develop franchise policies, guidelines, and training programs.
  • Report to senior management on franchise performance and market opportunities.
  • Financial & Business Performance
  • Oversee franchise fee collections, royalties, and financial compliance.
  • Review financial reports to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Ensure profitability benchmarks are met by all franchise branches.
  • Brand Development & Marketing Alignment
  • Coordinate with Marketing to align campaigns with franchise operations.
  • Ensure brand identity and customer experience are consistent across all outlets.
  • Support product launches, menu changes, and promotions for franchise partners.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
