We are looking for a Parts Admin Assistant who will ensure the efficient planning, availability, and accuracy of spare parts across our aftersales operations. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining smooth service operations, minimizing downtime, and supporting our dealer network through precise inventory management, demand forecasting, and data-driven decision making. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to keep parts availability aligned with customer and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updates across all systems.
  • Lead parts and price registration processes, ensuring correct classification and 24-hour turnaround for dealer requests.
  • Validate and process warehouse operation billings, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
  • Provide administrative support for office and warehouse operations, including supplies monitoring.
  • Assist in spare parts procurement through order processing, purchase requisition creation, and coordination with suppliers and procurement teams.
  • Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation, identifying discrepancies and driving corrective actions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners—including dealers, suppliers, brokers, and logistics providers—to ensure seamless end-to-end parts management.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate has experience in supply chain, inventory management, or automotive operations. They are detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with large data sets to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency. Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and customer focus are essential. Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and SAP B1 is an advantage.
