- Oversee facilities services, cleanliness and maintenance.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchase of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
- In-charge of office equipment, facilities, properties, etc.
- Monitor insurance application, renewal, registration, license, accreditation, permit, etc.
- Oversee the maintenance and repairs of office premises, grounds and equipment.
- Ensuring that emergency preparedness procedures are implemented and that the facility is prepared to respond to emergencies.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors, and manage service contracts.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.
- Conduct and document regular facilities inspections.
- Ensure that buildings meet health and safety regulations and that staff are kept safe
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years experience in administrative management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Able to effectively interact with different types of people.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
