HR and Admin Manager

The HR and Admin Manager supports day-to-day administrative operations and HR functions, ensuring smooth office workflows and reliable event staffing for the company.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding full-time staff, freelancers, and event-day crews.
- Maintain employee and manpower records, contracts, and schedules.
- Coordinate with operations on staffing needs for upcoming events.
- Handle basic employee relations, attendance monitoring, and office communications.
- Support payroll preparation, government requirements, and HR documentation.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
- Organize training, orientations, and internal announcements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and labor requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year experience in HR or administrative work; experience in events or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and DOLE guidelines.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php28,000.00 per month
