Alabang Site – 9th–11th Floor, Vector Zone, Northgate Cyberzone, Filinvest City, Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Night Shift | Shifting | 2 Days Off

Overview:

Join our growing team as a Customer Service Representative – Property Insurance

In this role, you'll handle client calls and inquiries related to property insurance claims, ensuring a professional and empathetic customer experience while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls confidently while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
  • Identify opportunities, develop solutions, and negotiate effectively with clients.
  • Present product and service features, quote prices, and process orders using web-based tools or proprietary systems.
  • Communicate brand values and ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and assist in account management.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of BPO experience (preferably in Property Insurance).
  • High School graduate (College level or graduate preferred).
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be willing to work onsite and amenable to shifting schedules.
  • Background in sales or account management is an advantage.
