Overview:
Join our growing team as a Customer Service Representative – Property Insurance
In this role, you'll handle client calls and inquiries related to property insurance claims, ensuring a professional and empathetic customer experience while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls confidently while providing exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
- Identify opportunities, develop solutions, and negotiate effectively with clients.
- Present product and service features, quote prices, and process orders using web-based tools or proprietary systems.
- Communicate brand values and ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation and assist in account management.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of BPO experience (preferably in Property Insurance).
- High School graduate (College level or graduate preferred).
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to work onsite and amenable to shifting schedules.
- Background in sales or account management is an advantage.
