Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative (CSR) role located in Pasay, specializing in insurance inquiries and support during day shifts. The role involves engaging with customers, addressing their insurance-related concerns, providing accurate information, and presenting appropriate solutions. The CSR will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and maintaining professional communication at all times.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with insurance and finance concepts, as well as experience in insurance brokerage
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- Prior experience in a BPO environment (minimum of 1 year) is required
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team in an on-site setting in Pasay
- Experience in providing insurance-related customer support is highly beneficial
- Proficiency in handling customer inquiries efficiently and effectively
