Summary of Role As our Talent Acquisition Lead Generation Specialist, you are the strategic foundation of our entire recruitment operation. Your mission is to ensure our team is constantly engaged with a rich, diverse, and pre -qualified stream of talent. You will blend your skills as a digital sourcer, a data integrity champion, and a systems expert to create a seamless flow of candidates from the market to our hiring managers. You are the critical first step in every successful hire we make.
