Your Role: As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and analyzing marketing and sourcing initiatives to strengthen the company’s brand while addressing hiring needs. You will collaborate with the Sourcing Supervisor and Marketing Lead on strategy development, execution, and refinement. In addition, you will identify, attract, and hire the best talent for all tracks assigned and ensure the timely and effective completion of the client’s hiring requirements as per agreed hiring process and turnaround time. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Sourcing: Execute lead-generating activities such as referral programs, university and industry partnerships, and other non-traditional sourcing strategies. Post job ads on various job portals, ensuring accuracy and completeness of postings. Countryside Hiring Lead: Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract talent from provincial areas. Partner with local institutions, career centers, and community leaders to establish strong hiring pipelines in the countryside. University Partnerships Lead: Build and manage relationships with universities to organize career fairs, internships, and recruitment drives aimed at attracting top talent. Calibrate regularly with internal teams to identify hiring needs and produce relevant marketing communication strategies. Develop detailed project plans, identify dependencies, and track key milestones to meet deadlines and budget requirements for headcount delivery. Represent the company at recruitment events, such as job fairs and career talks, and execute internal and external sourcing activities. Monitor applications across sourcing channels, collaborating with Recruitment Operations Management to ensure all leads are accurately tracked. Proactively pipeline talents and create pre-qualified candidate talent pools in alignment with client workforce plans. Increase coverage of sourcing efforts including screening and ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and hiring targets are met. Prepare post-implementation reports, channel analysis reports, and other statistical reports related to sourcing initiatives. Prepare and submit end-of-day and weekly reports, including referral incentive disbursement reports. Attend weekly recruiter calibrations to ensure alignment with client requirements. Any other duties assigned by management related to sourcing and recruitment marketing. Recruitment Operations: Perform end-to-end recruitment from job posting to offer negotiation to onboarding for all assigned requisitions. Requisitions may primarily consist of complex to niche roles under Business Support Services, Knowledge Services, and Creative and Online Services. Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and networking. Screen all applications received from various sourcing initiatives to ensure they meet the credentials and qualifications, appropriate skills and knowledge, and experiences required per position. Ensure regular endorsement of candidates to the hiring manager for review. Regularly communicate hiring updates to the hiring manager. Review, implement, and manage recruitment tools and processes assigned. Conduct regular calibration sessions with hiring managers, if requested, to ensure alignment in terms of profile. Facilitate the handoff process and communicate updates on new hires to stakeholders (Operations and Human Resources). Others: Assist in onboarding and mentoring TA Specialists and Associates. Serve as a backup resource in managing the team in the absence of the TA Officer. To be a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you need to: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field. Have 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in sourcing or talent acquisition. Be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations. Possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Be tech-savvy and capable of performing advanced Google searches. Demonstrate strong project management, quantitative, and analytical skills, with great attention to detail. Prior experience in recruitment or recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) is a plus.
