THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Junior Admin Manager who will focus on maintaining the company's licenses, permits, and registration, handling procurement and supplier accreditation, overseeing the day-to-day deliverables of the department, and spearheading Occupational Health and Safety initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES.

  • Ensure timely renewal and compliance of all company licenses, permits, and registrations.
  • Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor accreditation, and purchase monitoring.
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure departmental deliverables are met.
  • Spearhead and implement Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) programs and compliance initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of administrative and compliance records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Support management in developing and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on administrative operations, procurement status, and OHS compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3–4 years of experience in administrative management or a related function.
  • Knowledge of government licensing and permit renewal processes.
  • Familiarity with procurement procedures and supplier accreditation.
  • Basic understanding of Occupational Health and Safety standards and compliance.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Able to report onsite in San Antonio, Makati
