DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Purchasing

  • Receive Order Form Requisition from Sales Order Department (Frozen Items and Direct Delivery – Buns).
  • Encode/ prepare purchase order forms through software system (Business Central) in accordance with Purchasing Policy and procedures.
  • Review and check the completion of the Purchase order before submission for approval.
  • Send Purchase Order to suppliers via email and confirm purchase receipt.
  • Monitor all direct deliveries and deliveries to warehouse against Purchase order, should be complete based on quantity ordered vs. delivered.
  • Handle stores queries regarding direct deliveries.
  • File and maintain approved purchase order.
  • Perform other work related to Purchasing that may be assigned.

Vendor Management

  • Develop and maintain good relationship with suppliers.

Administrative

  • Submit reports to Purchasing Officer and Asst. Purchasing Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College in Business Studies/Administration/Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • With at least 6 months to 1 year of working experience as Purchasing Staff is required preferably in a food industry.
  • Understanding of supply chain procedures
  • Hands – on experience with purchasing software (e.g ERP – Navision System)
  • Computer literate. Working knowledge in the use of Word and Excel.
  • Above Average communication skills both written and verbal
  • Organized, systematic and process oriented.
  • Has strong drive and capacity to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
