About the role Foodee Global Concepts is seeking a driven and experienced Operations Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our diverse portfolio of food and beverage. As a full-time, permanent role based in the heart of Manila, this position will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless and efficient running of our operations, contributing to the overall success and growth of our company. What you'll be doing Provide strategic oversight and leadership to the operations teams across our network of restaurants, cafes and food halls Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and systems to drive productivity, quality and profitability Manage budgets, forecasting and reporting to maximise financial performance Lead and develop a team of operations managers, ensuring they have the tools and resources to excel Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify opportunities for process improvement Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as marketing, HR and finance to align operations with the overall business strategy Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations Foster a positive, customer-centric culture that empowers employees and delivers exceptional guest experiences What we're looking for Proven track record of 5+ years in operations management, preferably within the food and beverage industry Excellent people management skills with the ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams Strong business acumen and financial management expertise to optimise operational efficiency and profitability Hands-on experience implementing operational systems and technologies to drive process improvements Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, hospitality or operations management Fluency in English and Filipino, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills What we offer
