Salary Range: up to ₱300,000Work Setup: OnsiteShift Schedule: Day ShiftLocation: Taguig CityJob OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on IT Operations Director who is not only a strategic thinker but also willing to roll up their sleeves to ensure seamless IT operations.

This role requires a leader who can oversee IT infrastructure, manage projects, engage with external vendors and stakeholders, and troubleshoot operational challenges when needed. Your Responsibilities:Oversee daily IT operations, including network infrastructure, cloud services, data centers, security, and end-user support. Lead and coordinate IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Utilize best practices and frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, or PMP methodologies. Establish and maintain relationships with third-party IT service providers, negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance, and monitoring service-level agreements (SLAs). Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems, implementing best practices for incident, change, and problem management.

Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure data security, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Develop and manage IT budgets, optimizing technology investments to align with business needs. Lead, mentor, and develop an IT operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Work closely with executive leadership to align IT operations with business goals, driving digital transformation initiatives. What our Client is Looking For:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.8 years of experience in IT operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Strong experience in IT project management, including handling multiple large-scale projects. Proven expertise in vendor selection, contract negotiation, and relationship management. Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, or similar IT service management frameworks.

Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, and enterprise IT infrastructure. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make critical decisions under pressure. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
