Position Description

  • Provide leadership to the QIAGEN Salesforce operations team in a 24/5 shift approach
  • Work with the local CRM Operations and Development lead and with a team of experienced in-house consultants based in Germany
  • Accountable for high-quality and efficient delivery of all QIAGEN CRM services according to agreed service levels and KPIs
  • Responsible for people management (selection, trainings, appraisal, performance, retention and development)

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Over 8 years of relevant experience in a CRM Operations environment.

Personal Requirements

  • Have the ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Business fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
  • Passion for what you do and instinctively know how to make work fun
  • Excellent communication skills in an international and multi-cultural environment on all levels
  • Know how to create and maintain excitement and motivation in your teams
