Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CRM Expert to manage, optimize, and drive the effectiveness of our customer relationship management (CRM) system. This role requires a deep understanding of CRM tools and strategies to ensure seamless data management, improve customer engagement, and maximize sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and manage the company's CRM system to meet business needs.
- Oversee data integrity, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Develop and maintain automation workflows, pipelines, and processes within the CRM.
- Analyze CRM data to generate actionable insights for sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Train team members on CRM usage and best practices to enhance adoption and efficiency.
- Integrate CRM software with other tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing tools, analytics software).
- Monitor and optimize CRM system performance, troubleshooting any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with departments to align CRM strategies with business goals.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on CRM trends and new features to recommend improvements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a CRM Expert, CRM Manager, or similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automations, and integrations.
- Knowledge of data management and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve business processes.
- Basic understanding of APIs and integrations is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with marketing automation tools and email campaigns.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation and lifecycle management.
- Background in sales or customer success is a bonus.
