  • Sets the strategy to ensure profitability (healthy margins), marketing, and overall business performance while ensuring that the product meets and exceeds customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an acceptable inventory level of 6-8 months for imported products, 1-2 months for local Cebu vendors, and 2-3 months for Manila vendors by end of the fiscal year.
  • Review and assess the productivity of vendors within each category.
  • Overseeing the daily merchandising operations in his/her assigned category.
