Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Cebu for a Retail Merchandising Manager. The Retail Merchandising Manager will be responsible for planning and executing merchandising strategies, managing inventory, analyzing sales reports, and ensuring shelves are stocked and visually appealing. The role also includes collaborating with sales teams, communicating with suppliers, and optimizing product placements to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills for interpreting sales data and making informed merchandising decisions
  • Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with team members, suppliers, and customers
  • Experience in Sales and Retail environments
  • Proficiency in Inventory Management
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in retail merchandising or a related role is a plus
