About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven and motivated
Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate is skilled in
finding new clients
, building strong business relationships, and closing sales opportunities while meeting set targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively search for and acquire new clients through networking, cold calling, online platforms, and referrals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement lead generation and promotional strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Account Executive, or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-hunting skills.
- Ability to independently look for clients and generate leads.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results.
