Restaurant Commissary Head

Job Overview:
The Restaurant Commissary Head is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain, including commissary operations, warehouse/storage, inventory management, quality assurance/quality control, and logistics. This position ensures that all products meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency, while also optimizing storage and delivery processes to support seamless restaurant operations. The role demands strategic planning, operational excellence, and a hands-on approach to maintain cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Job Qualifications:
· A BS Graduate in Business, Management, Food Preparation Technology, or its equivalent.
· With at least two (2) years supervisory experience in Commissary and Warehouse/Storage.
· With knowledge in food preparation procedures.
· With background in material handling, purchasing and stock control.
