As a Finance and Accounting Assistant:

Supports the Finance & Accounting Department by ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, processing payments, reconciling transactions, and maintaining compliance with tax regulations. Assists in the monitoring of assets and inventory for machine production, marketing collaterals, and marketing merchandise, ensuring accountability and proper financial tracking.

  • Prepares and issues BIR Forms (e.g., BIR 2307) after supplier transactions.
  • Ensures compliance with BIR 2303 and enrolls suppliers in QNE
  • Records and updates financial transactions in spreadsheets.
  • Verifies and reconciles invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
  • Ensures timely vendor and supplier payments to prevent delays.
  • Settles fund reconciliations with company banks.
  • Performs daily passbook updates for bank accounts.
  • Sends payment completion notifications to Courier, Marketing, and Production teams.
  • Prepares and submits accounts payable and expense reports to FAD Management.
  • Monitors and tracks machine production assets, marketing collaterals, and merchandise.
  • Maintains inventory records and assists in monthly audits.
  • Coordinates allocation, distribution, and replenishment of inventory.
  • Reconciles digital advertising expenses (Meta Ads, Trial Money, online payments).
  • Adheres to finance policies, tax regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ensures financial records' confidentiality and compliance with PFRS and data privacy laws.
  • Verifies supplier compliance with legal, ethical, and financial standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of BIR tax forms, supplier compliance, and accounts reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of accounts payable, expense tracking, procurement, and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with financial policies, supplier management, and internal financial controls.
  • Open to fresh graduates with relevant academic training.
  • Internship or coursework in financial transaction processing, invoicing, reconciliation, or inventory management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP or accounting software is preferred.
