MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Preparation and monitoring of BSP & Other Reports (monthly and quarterly) such as LCR, NSFR, Intraday, DDA Reconciliation (semi-monthly & semi-annually), DOSRI, Solo Report on Repurchase Agreements, RTG, and Payment to Supplier Inventory Report.

  2. Preparation of Certificate of Balances of some assigned GL accounts.

  3. Responsible for internal reports, such as the Single Borrower Limit and Compliance Activity Report, which is submitted ADB (monthly).

  4. Oracle TB Report generation, which submitted on a daily basis.

  5. Assistance in the preparation of schedules and requirements by internal and external auditors.

  6. Handles Oracle functions: Responsible for GL. Extracting General Ledgers and Journal Entries in Oracle per request; and responsible for Asset Additions, Retirements, Transfer of assets, running of Depreciation, and closing the Fixed Asset Period.

  7. JV entry postings to Oracle Fusion (Daily Transactions) provided by Operations and Accounting staffs/Officer. Adjustments classified through account reconciliation, FA comparative, etc. Monitoring of entries, significantly during month-end.

  8. Other tasks, such as filing of BSP reports & BIR forms, preparation of calendar deadlines monthly and supervises & assistance in bank reconciliation.

Minimum Education Requirement:

Accounting graduate or any other related course

Knowledge of Specific Functional Work:
